If you supply copy, images, product claims, logos, artwork or other materials for a project, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use them.
For client projects, ownership and usage rights are set out in the individual project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, editable working files are not included in final asset delivery.
I may show completed and launched client work in my portfolio, on social media and in promotional materials, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Payments and project bookings
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Projects starting within one month require a 50% upfront payment.
- For projects booked more than one month ahead, a 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the project date, to the extent permitted by law. The remaining 25% is due in the week of project kick-off.
- The remaining 50% is due before final shareable assets are released.
- Work outside the agreed scope may involve an additional cost. I will discuss this with you first.
- Third-party costs, such as fonts, stock imagery, illustration, printing or supplier costs, are not included unless confirmed in writing and may require approval before they are incurred.
- Prices and any applicable VAT will be set out in your individual proposal or invoice.
- Project-specific payment, cancellation, revision, intellectual-property and delivery terms are set out in the individual proposal and agreement.
- Any statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- Proposals are valid for six months. Work not completed within that period may fall outside the agreed scope and may need to be re-quoted.
